The characteristics of those whom God loves in the Holy Qur’an: an authentic study

Abstract
This study investigates the dialectal phenomena found in the verbal copulas, namely kāna and its sisters, the verbs of the heart, and thought and its sisters. It traces what grammarians have recorded regarding these copular verbs in the foundational grammatical and linguistic sources, and examines the linguistic developments that have occurred in their usage, in addition to the grammarians’ views and disagreements concerning each phenomenon. The study also discusses the interpretations and possibilities proposed by scholars to explain certain dialectal usages that diverge from the well-known forms and conflict with the established analogical rules. Such an approach to explaining linguistic phenomena may stem from the grammarians’ emphasis on the eloquent standard language, while giving little attention to what differs from it; thus, they sometimes fail to distinguish between dialectal usage and what may be justified only as poetic necessity.The research further observes cases in which the incomplete verbs convey the meanings of one another, which may be regarded as a form of semantic expansion in the language. It is most likely that this usage—where one incomplete verb carries the meaning of another—reflects an early stage in the history of Arabic, the traces of which remained preserved in certain Arabic dialects. This indicates that the usage of these verbs had not yet fully stabilized by the time of the revelation of the Qur’an, which preserved remnants of that earlier linguistic stage, as attested by textual evidence .

رصد هذا البحث الظواهر اللهجية في النواسخ الفعلية، وهي (كان) وأخواتها، وأفعال القلوب، و (ظن) وأخواتها، وتتبع ما أورده النحاة من ظواهر تخص الأفعال الناسخة في أمات الكتب النحوية واللغوية، وتتبع كذلك التطور اللغوي الحاصل فيها، وآراء النحاة وخلافاتهم في كل ظاهرة، وناقش ما ذهبوا إليه من تأويلات واحتمالات في تفسير بعض الظواهر اللهجية، التي تخالف المشهور وتصطدم بالقاعدة المقيسة، ولعلَّ هذا الفهم في تفسير الظواهر اللغوية ينطلق من اهتمام النحاة بالاستعمال الفصيح دون أن يعيروا اهتمامًا إلى ما خالف ذلك، فلا يفرقون أحيانًا بين ما يمثل استعمالًا لهجيًا وما هو ضرورة شعرية .كما رصد البحث تضمّن (الأفعال الناقصة) معاني بعضها، ولعلّ ذلك من قبيل التوسع في اللغة، ومن الراجح أنّ هذا الاستعمال للأفعال الناقصة من حيث تضمينها معاني بعضها يمثل مرحلة قديمة في تاريخ العربية بقيت آثاره في بعض اللهجات العربية، مما يشير إلى عدم استقرار استعمال هذه الأفعال حتى نزول القرآن الكريم الذي احتفظ ببقايا هذا الاستعمال لتلك المرحلة التاريخية كما سجلت ذلك النصوص

يتناول هذا البحث تأثير العاهة العقلية على المسؤولية الجنائية، مع التركيز على التشريع العراقي والمقارن. يؤسس البحث على مبدأ أن سلامة العقل والقدرة على التمييز هما أساس المسؤولية الجنائية، وأن فقدان الإدراك أو الإرادة بسبب عاهة عقلية أو نفسية يرفع هذه المسؤولية. يناقش البحث مفهوم العاهة العقلية لغويًا واصطلاحيًا، ويستعرض أسبابها الداخلية (كالوراثة) والخارجية (كالأمراض والحوادث قبل أو بعد الولادة والعوامل البيئية). كما يحلل متطلبات اعتبار العاهة العقلية مانعًا للمسؤولية، وخاصة شرط تزامنها مع وقت ارتكاب الجريمة. ويقارن موقف القانون العراقي (المادة 60 من قانون العقوبات) بالقوانين المقارنة (المصرية والفرنسية)، مسلطًا الضوء على تطور النص المصري ليشمل الاضطراب النفسي ودرجات تأثيره (فقدان أو انقاص الإدراك/الاختيار). يخلص البحث إلى أن العاهة العقلية مانع شخصي للمسؤولية الجنائية لكنه لا يلغي المسؤولية المدنية أو التدابير الاحترازية، ويوصي بوضع تعريف قانوني أوضح لها وفتح مؤسسات متخصصة لعلاج المصابين.

على الرغم من الكم الهائل من الأبحاث حول الإسلام، فإن التغطية الإعلامية السلبية والمتحيزة، وخاصةً في الغرب، غالبًا ما تُشكل النقاش الدولي حول هذا الدين الأكثر إثارة للجدل. ولكن بدلًا من أن يُتبع النقاش الجماعي بالاحترام الأكاديمي، نجد أنفسنا أمام سرديات ليبرالية ومحافظة متنافسة، تُصوّر الإسلام إما على أنه عازم على الغزو أو رجعي حضاريًا. ولملء هذا الفراغ البحثي، نجد كتاب الدكتور عماد الدين "ماذا يقولون عن الإسلام"، وهو مجموعة آراء إيجابية عبّر عنها غير المسلمين الذين يُقرّون بالأمجاد الفكرية والروحية والحضارية للإسلام والقرآن الكريم والنبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم).و وفقًا للنموذج الاجتماعي المعرفي للكلام والإدراك والمجتمع الذي وضعه تيون أ. فان ديك (1998)،والذي يؤكد على امكانية استخدام الروابط المتماسكة والعبارات المجازية والصفات التقييمية للترويج عن الخطابة بشكل عام وعن الإسلام بشكل خاص. تُحلل هذه الدراسة الخطابات والنماذج المعرفية التي تُشكل أساس هذه الشهادات، وتدرس إمكاناتها كأطروحات مضادة لظاهرة الإسلاموفوبيا. تستخدم الشهادات استراتيجيات لغوية هادفة لترسيخ الاحترام، ومحاكاة النماذج المعرفية القائمة على الاستقصاء الفكري والإنصاف، وتحدي الافتراضات المسبقة المتحيزة من خلال التعبير عن صفات الإسلام الأخلاقية والروحية والحضارية. وقد تم اختيار سبع شهادات إيجابية عن الإسلام باللغة الإنجليزية لغرض التحليل والتي تُعارض السرد السلبي ضد الإسلام ، وتُعيد تأكيد الإسلام كدين قائم على المعرفة والمساواة والحرية الإنسانية. كما تُعزز التفاهم بين الأديان، وتُقدم معلومات صادقة وواقعية للباحثين في مجال التواصل بين الثقافات الذين يسعون إلى أساليب علمية مُثبتة لمكافحة التحيز

Abstract
This study examines verbal reports as a methodological tool for investigating noticing and awareness in second language (L2) learning. It begins by defining noticing as the conscious registration of linguistic input and awareness as the subjective experience of cognitive content, highlighting their critical roles in transforming input into intake. The paper then defines verbal report formats—concurrent and retrospective protocols—as methods for accessing learners’ explicit knowledge and metalinguistic processing. Advantages of verbal reports include their ability to capture real-time cognitive processes and reduce memory-related data loss. However, challenges such as reactivity, participants’ verbal limitations, and issues of validity (e.g., nonveridicality) are acknowledged. To address these limitations, strategies such as clear instructions, participant training, and controlled testing conditions are proposed. The study concludes that verbal report protocols, when carefully designed, provide valuable insights into the relationship between noticing, awareness, and L2 acquisition

تتناول هذه الدراسة التقارير اللفظية كأداة منهجية لدراسة الملاحظة والوعي في تعلم اللغة الثانية. تبدأ الدراسة بتعريف الملاحظة على أنها التسجيل الواعي للمدخلات اللغوية، والوعي على أنه التجربة الذاتية للمحتوى المعرفي، مع تسليط الضوء على دورهما الحاسم في تحويل المدخلات إلى استيعاب. ثم تُعرّف الدراسة صيغ التقارير اللفظية - البروتوكولات المتزامنة والرجعية - كطرق للوصول إلى المعرفة الصريحة للمتعلمين والمعالجة اللغوية. تشمل مزايا التقارير اللفظية قدرتها على التقاط العمليات المعرفية في الوقت الفعلي وتقليل فقدان البيانات المتعلقة بالذاكرة. ومع ذلك، تُسلّم الدراسة بوجود تحديات مثل التفاعلية، والقيود اللفظية للمشاركين، ومشكلات الصلاحية (مثل عدم الصدق). ولمعالجة هذه القيود، تُقترح استراتيجيات مثل التعليمات الواضحة، وتدريب المشاركين، وظروف اختبار مُحكمة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن بروتوكولات التقارير اللفظية، عند تصميمها بعناية، تُقدم رؤى قيّمة حول العلاقة بين الملاحظة والوعي واكتساب اللغة الثانية

Abstract

The arts of Islamic civilization have garnered admiration from many peoples worldwide and have been cherished and preserved throughout the ages by the people of the Arab world, particularly in the fields of ceramics, glass, architecture, metalwork, woodwork, and decoration. Ceramics, in particular, is considered one of the most magnificent legacies left to us by artists in the ancient Islamic world, characterized by its unique originality and distinctive creativity. It is an art form born from an independent artistic vision. Ancient Islamic ceramics have been discovered in Fustat, Samarra, Raqqa, and Ctesiphon, revealing that these vessels were crafted for both decorative and functional purposes in daily life. What distinguishes Islamic art from other civilizations is its establishment of an interactive relationship between art and materiality. Islamic art remains unique in its aesthetic and philosophical vision, as well as in its purpose and function, while offering diverse analyses of these aspects . Despite the prominent position of Islamic ceramics among the arts and civilizations of the world, societies in the Arab world in general are still undergoing rapid changes, impacting the heritage that sustains them. Many aspects of this heritage and Islamic arts are threatened with extinction, even though our Arab societies have no choice but to keep pace with the demands of the modern age and adapt to them. Therefore, it was essential to focus this scientific research on the aesthetics of Islamic ceramics and their applications to art education students in the College of Fine Arts, in order to disseminate the benefits and spread the authenticity and culture of this art among the current generation of art education students and future generations. The current research comprises four chapters. The first chapter includes the research problem, its importance, objectives, scope, and definition of terms. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework and previous comparative studies. The third chapter covers the research methodology and procedures, in which the researcher adopted a descriptive research approach to the application of Islamic arts to ceramics among art education students. The fourth chapter discusses the results, presents conclusions and recommendations, and finally, offers suggestions.

نالت فنون الحضارة الإسلامية اعجاب الکثير من الشعوب العالمية وباهتمام عصور أبناء العالم العربي قديما والحفاظ عليها سواء في مجال الخزف والزجاج والعمارة والمعادن والخشب والديکور. حيث يعتبر فن الخزف من أروع ما ترك لنا الفنان في العالم الإسلامي القديم بأصالة خاصة وإبداع متميز، فهو فن نتج من رؤية فنية لها استقلالها، ولقد اکتشفت قطع الخزف الإسلامي القديم في الفسطاط وسامراء والرقة والمدائن، وتبين أن هذه الأواني إنما صنعت للزينة والاستخدام الوظيفي للحياة اليومية. وما يميز الفن الإسلامي عن غيره من الحضارات الأخرى، إن الفن الإسلامي أقام علاقة متفاعلة بين الفن والمادة، فالفن الإسلامي ظل وحيدا من حيث الرؤيا الجمالية والفلسفية، ومن حيث الغاية والوظيفة فيما هو يتنوع في تحليلها. وعلى الرغم من مکانة الخزف الإسلامي بين فنون وحضارات العالم الا أنه لا تزال تمر المجتمعات في الوطن العربي بشکل عام بمراحل من التغير السريع والتراث الذي يعيش فيها. حيث نجد أن کثير من معالم هذا التراث والفنون الإسلامية مهددة بالزوال أو رغم أنه لا مناص لمجتمعاتنا العربية من مواکبة متطلبات عصره والتکيف معها . لذا کان من الضروري الترکيز في هذا البحث العلمي على جماليات الخزف الإسلامي وتطبيقاتها على طلبة التربية الفنية في کلية الفنون الجميلة حتى تعم الفائدة ونشر أصالة وثقافة هذا الفن بين جيل التربية الفنية ومستقبله. وقد أحتوى البحث الحالي على اربعة فصول حيث شمل الاول مشكلة البحث واهميته واهداف البحث وحدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات أما الفصل الثاني فشمل الاطار النظري والدراسات السابقة المقاربة اما الفصل الثالث فشمل منهجية البحث واجراءاته واتخذت فيها الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي لتطبيقات الفنون الاسلامية على الخزف لدى طلبة قسم التربية الفنية وعمل اجراءات البحث وتم في الفصل الرابع مناقشة النتائج واعطاء الاستنتاجات والتوصيات واخيرا المقترحات .

This study examines the intellectual and political evolution of contemporary Islamic parties, driven by both internal and external factors, with a primary focus on their political transformation toward democracy and ideological shift from religious entities advocating for the implementation of Sharia to political parties that partner with secular and leftist groups within democratic frameworks. Using the Tunisian Ennahda Party as a case study, the research analyzes its transition from a clandestine Islamic movement to a democratic governing party following the 2011 revolution. The study investigates the factors driving this transformation, emphasizing the critical role of internal party dynamics and local conditions, while positing that such shifts are inherent to the party’s historical trajectory, reflecting broader human intellectual processes—whether Islamic or secular.

يتناول البحث التطور الفكري والسياسي في الاحزاب الاسلامية المعاصرة نتيجة لعوالم داخلية وأخرى خارجية وأهم هذه التحولات هو التحول السياسي نحو الديمقراطية، والتحول الايديولوجي من حزب ديني يعمل على تطبيق الشريعة إلى حزب سياسي شريك لأحزاب أخرى علمانية ويسارية على وفق نظام ديمقراطي. تناول هذا البحث التطور الفكري والسياسي لحزب النهضة التونسي كأنموذج للأحزاب الإسلامية المعاصرة، مع تحليل عوامل تحوله من حركة إسلامية سرية إلى حزب ديمقراطي مشارك في الحكم بعد ثورة 2011. فما هي العوالم التي ساهمت في هذا التحول، يحاول البحث أن يدرس تلك العوامل ويشدد على أن العوامل الداخلية للحزب وللظروف المحلية أهمية كبرى في هذا التحول، وأن في طبيعة الحزب الأصيلة يوجد هذا التحول كخضوع لصيرورة تاريخية تقع في صميم التفكير البشري سواء كان إسلامياً أو علمانياً.
