Abstract
The research addresses medical anesthesia and drugs from a fiqh perspective among the four major schools. It aims to highlight the distinction between therapeutic use (permitted) and forbidden recreational use (abuse). It focuses on user intention and health impacts.

يتناول البحث موضوع التخدير الطبي والمخدرات مقارنة بين الاستخدام العلاجي والتعاطي المحرم وفق المذاهب الأربعة. يهدف لبيان الفرق بين استخدامها في العلاج (الجائز) واستخدامها في الإدمان (المحرم)، مع التركيز على نية المستخدم وتأثيرها على صحة المجتمع.
