The current research aims to:
- Identifying the correlation between psychological flow and self-esteem among the affiliates in youth and sports centers in Kirkuk governorate.
The researchers assume the following:
- There is a significant correlation between psychological flow and self-esteem among the affiliates in youth and sports centers in Kirkuk governorate.
The researchers used the descriptive approach in the correlative method for its suitability and the nature of the current research.
The research community included the employees of the youth and sports centers in Kirkuk governorate 2021/2022, whose number is (92) in the directorates of youth and sports in the governorate of Kirkuk. 67) affiliates, after excluding the stability and exploratory experience sample of (20) affiliates, and excluding (4) incomplete answers, thus the proportion of the research sample reached (72.82%) of the total research community.
The researchers used the following methods to reach the research results:
Psychometric flowmeter.
Self-esteem scale for athletes.
And that is after verifying the scientific transactions of the two scales of validity, reliability and validity of their application on the current research sample.

The study sample consisted of (28) students of the second stage / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Salah al-Din, and they were divided into two groups, each group consisted of (14) female students - the first experimental group studied the effect of the educational bag using the training method - and the second experimental group studied the effect of The educational bag using the self-review method. To treat the statistical data, the researcher used (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - and t-test for samples of equal numbers). The use of the educational bag has an impact in increasing the learner's motivation towards learning and personal development among the students through the desire of the two experimental groups and their interaction during the application of the vocabulary of the educational units of the educational bag because it contains the most educational means and teaching decisions given to them by the two methods.

With the presence of significant differences between the students of the research sample, there is a relationship and a moral correlation between psychological reassurance and psychological adjustment in the research sample.

Introduction and importance of research. The educational process is no longer a theoretical aspect or reliance on training plans on which it is based in reaching sports achievements, but the involvement of different sports sciences as an auxiliary part of sports training, and among these sciences is sports psychology, Lifting weights, so the researcher decided to study this case and develop appropriate solutions by recognizing the differences in behavioral manifestations for the better and thus obtaining a better result. There was a positive direct correlation between the scale axes and the total score of the scale. It was reached to set standard levels for the research sample scores on the scale of negative behavioral manifestations for students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the Kurdistan Region. The study aimed to: design a program for mental visualization among female volleyball players and to identify the effectiveness of the mental visualization program in psychological fluency and the level of some basic skills among female volleyball players and to identify the dimensional differences between the control and experimental groups psychological fluency and some basic skills of female volleyball players.

Research methodology and most important procedures: The experimental method was used with the design of two groups (experimental and control). The aim of the research is to prepare a psychological program and measure psychological stress for football players, to identify the degree of stress among young football players, and to identify the differences between the tribal and remote tests to reduce stress among young football players, and the researchers adopted the experimental research method by designing the experimental group on A sample of the players of the Youth Football League Youth Club of (175) players, so the number of the main sample is (23) players, with a percentage of (30.666%) from their community of origin, which represents the football league players in Salah al-Din Governorate for the sports season (2019/2020), as The researchers determined topics for the sessions of the psychological training program for research, and this program was applied at a rate of two sessions per week, and the duration of each training session was (40-45) minutes, and the number of psychological training sessions was (14) sessions, and the researchers processed the results of the study with the (SPSS) program, and concluded The researchers found that the application of the psychological training program helps in decreasing the level of psychological stress surrounding the players, which leads to an improvement in the sports performance of football players, and they progress in the level of those who train without it. The researchers recommended that it is necessary to implement the psychological training program to relieve the psychological pressures of football players and work to remove the players from the pressures surrounding them, making them progress at the positive level of the program.

The aim of the research is to prepare a psychological program and measure psychological energy mobilization for football players and to identify the degree of psychological energy mobilization among youth football players, and to identify the differences between psychological energy mobilization among young football players, and the researchers followed the experimental research approach by designing the group and the experimental on A sample of youth football club players in youth football was chosen from the community of origin of (175) players, so that the number of the main sample was (23) players, with a percentage of (30.66%) from their community of origin, which represents the football league players in Salah al-Din Governorate for the sports season (2019/ 2020), as the researchers decided to identify topics for the psychological training program sessions and to choose and determine the measure of psychological energy mobilization for football players, and the number of psychological training sessions was (14) sessions, and the sessions were held on (Monday and Thursday) at (3) pm. This study was conducted to determine the weakness of the sports culture in the city of Mosul and to develop a proposed vision to confront the weakness in proportion to each sector. The researcher built a measure of the weakness of the sports culture in the city of Mosul. The study aimed to know the type of relationship between administrative communication and educational crisis management from the point of view of physical education teachers in Diyala Governorate. The aim of the research is to identify the differences between physical education teachers in the physical self-concept in terms of years of service, the academic level in which they are (preparatory or secondary) and gender. As for the study sample, it consisted of 150 teachers and schools, and 75 teachers and 75 schools represent the total community of the study. The research aims to reveal the effect of skill exercises in the pressure training style on some basic skills and the aerobic and anaerobic capacities of futsal players. The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and nature of the research, and the experiment was implemented on a sample of the players of the Al-Mashreq Al-Mustaqbal Sports Club in futsal football for the youth category for the year (2020-2021), whose number is (16) players. They were chosen by the intentional method and divided randomly into two groups (experimental and control) and by (8) players for each group, and homogeneity was achieved in the variables (age, height, mass) as well as conducting equivalence between the two research groups in physical characteristics, basic skills, and aerobic and anaerobic capacities. The experimental design, which is called the design of the randomly selected control group with two pre and post tests, and the researcher used (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, coefficient of torsion, t-test for related samples, t-test for independent samples as statistical means The researcher concluded that the skillful exercises by the pressure training method implemented by the experimental group achieved a development in all basic skills and the aerobic and anaerobic capacities of the players of the experimental group. The experimental group that carried out the skill exercises using the pressure training method developed better than the control group in basic skills and anaerobic capacity, and did not achieve superiority in aerobic capacity, by comparing the results of the post-tests of the two groups.

The aim of the research is to identify the level of anxiety among the players of Mesopotamia football club according to the team line-up for the 2021/2022 sports season and the use of the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the research problem. Each group consisted of (11) players representing the basic formation of the team and (11) players for the second formation of the team. Two players were excluded from participating in the pilot experiment .
The most important results that the researcher came out with on the club sample shows that there is no variation in the level of anxiety among the players of the Mesopotamia football team, the difference in the level of anxiety among the players of one team due to the difference in experience among the players, the absence of a counselor and psychotherapist accompanying the players throughout the preparation and competition periods, Proper psychological preparation is of great importance in addition to the skillful physical preparation and the theoretical aspect helps to develop performance and that this performance accuracy is neglected by the trainers.

The research aims to :
To identify the extent of practicing e-learning competencies owned and practiced by faculty members in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mosul, from their point of view .
The researchers used the descriptive survey method, as the research community included the teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul for the academic year (2022-2023), and their number was (129) teachers, while the research sample included (82) teachers, representing a percentage of (63 %) of the research community.
The research tool included preparing a questionnaire (e-learning competencies) and statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, hypothetical mean) were used and the statistical bag program (Spss) was used to process the data statistically .
The researcher reached the following conclusions :
-The practice of e-learning competencies among the teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul was to a small degree due to their inability to apply software and electronic technologies effectively due to the weakness in the process of practicing the competencies of these software and electronic technologies when used in e-learning.
-There is also a weakness in the practice of e-learning competencies in converting and using digital curricula and formulating electronic questions when conducting electronic tests electronically and using them in e-learning.
- The existence of an ineffective practice in the competencies of managing websites, platforms, and electronic classes by the teaching staff of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mosul, due to the difficulty of using and employing them in e-learning.

The harmful effects of protein on bodybuilders are often limited in taking a high dose of protein supplements; for examples of these harm to the bodybuilders include gastric pain, cramps, decreased appetite, and nausea, in addition to that headache, fatigue, and weakness.
This study aimed to assess the risks and complications of abuse taking of nutritional supplements and proteins among Iraqi athletes by collected 190 bodybuilders included in the study, and the answers were obtained through a special questionnaire sheet prepared by the investigators about the proteins and nutritional supplementation in addition to its negative effect on them.
The questionnaire was distributed, and the data with the demographic information about the sample were analyzed by using the statistical program IBM SPSS and Microsoft Excel 2013 and the quality of life (CLDQ).
The participants’ health was analyzed before and after protein and nutritional supplementation with the detection of liner regression at a 95% confidence level, and the p-value was detected at the level of 0.05, which is significant.
The main results obtained from the study according to quality-of-life indicator for data analysis before and after protein taking was that there was a clear negative impact from these proteins on life quality for 33 participants. Also, the linear regressing analysis fund that risk factors with its complication more affected on age, creatinine, and albumin, which presents the most affected variables on life quality if they were taken in excess amount.

Building reference standards and determining levels according to the results of the sample and employing them in the selection process gives workers in the sports field qualified players to perform the requirements of the selected sporting event and determine their specializations within the game itself, and that the current study dealt with the selection of handball game maker players by building reference standards for the most important physical measurements for this center, using the descriptive survey method on the research sample of (33) players representing clubs in the central region. After reaching the results derived from the measurements used in the research and processing them according to the statistical laws, analyzing and discussing them, the researcher reached conclusions, including that the most important physical measurements (total length, arm length, palm length, leg length, shoulder width) for the selection of playmaker players, and the researcher recommends adopting The anthropometric results extracted from the current study in the selection process. Conduct similar studies on different samples.

The importance of the current research in studying the differences in the basic movements and some elements of physical fitness between male and female students at the primary stage, aged 11-12 years, in the center of Kirkuk Governorate.
The problem of the current study emerged for the researcher as being an exploratory study to know the level of some elements of physical fitness and some basic movements, and then to identify the differences in these variables between male and female students in the center of Kirkuk Governorate.
The research aims to identify:
- Statistical differences between male and female students in some elements of physical fitness and basic movements at the ages of 11-12 years in the center of Kirkuk Governorate.
The researcher assumed:
- There are no statistically significant differences between male and female students in some elements of physical fitness and basic movements at the ages of 11-12 years in the center of Kirkuk Governorate.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the manner of appropriate comparisons and the nature of the current research.
The research community included fifth and sixth grade students in the mixed schools of Blisa and Kazio in the center of Kirkuk governorate for the academic year 2022/2023, whose ages ranged from (11-12) years, and their number was (58) students from Blisa school and (62) students from Kazio School, and thus the research community reached (120) male and female students, and the research sample reached (100) male and female students after excluding (20) students.
The researcher concluded
Pupils outperformed the pupils in the age group 11-12 years in the center of Kirkuk governorate in the elements of physical fitness studied in the current research.

The researcher recommends:
- The possibility of using experimental programs among male and female students of the fifth and sixth years of primary school to develop basic movements and elements of physical fitness.

The importance of the research comes in the use of scientific technology to legalize intensity according to competitive exercises to raise the level of young women in futsal football, especially the strength distinguished by speed and offensive and defensive skill performance in terms of movement and speed, and thus we have contributed to raising the level of futsal players.
The main objectives of the research were:
1-Preparing competitive exercises by using intensity rationing in time to develop strength characterized by speed, defensive movement and speed of offensive skill performance for young female futsal players.
2- Recognizing the effect of competitive exercises using intensity rationing in time in developing strength characterized by speed, defensive movement and speed of offensive skill performance of young female futsal players.
The following was concluded:
1- Competitive exercises using intensity rationing in time have great importance in developing strength characterized by speed, defensive movement and speed of offensive skill performance of young female futsal players.
It was recommended:
1-Adopting competitive exercises and using intensity rationing in time because of their great importance in developing strength characterized by speed, defensive movement and speed of offensive skill performance of young female futsal players.

This study aimed to prepare a psychological preparation scale and build a counseling program in improving psychological preparation, speed and accuracy (extinguishing, evading and handling) among the futsal players in the clubs of Maysan Governorate, and identifying the psychological preparation, speed and accuracy (extinguishing, evading and handling) of the futsal players in the clubs Maysan Governorate and to identify the impact of the counseling program on psychological preparation, speed and accuracy (quenching, evasion and handling) of the futsal players in the clubs of Maysan Governorate, and the researcher used the experimental method to fit with the research problem. The research sample was chosen in a deliberate way, and the indicative program was applied to the research sample and after collecting the data, it was treated using the SPSS statistical program. That there is a psychological state that the player is going through that affects and is affected by the psychological state.
