Abstract
We addressed this research topic under the title of the emergence and development of multinational companies and their impact on the global economy in three main sections. We dealt with the first section under the title of the concept of multinational companies and the reasons for their spread, and in two main topics, as we dealt in the first section with the concept of multinational companies, and in the second with the historical development of multinational companies. And the expansion of its geographical area. As for the second topic, we addressed it under the title of the nature of multinational companies and the motivations for their establishment. We divided this topic into two topics, the first in which we examined the nature of multinational companies, and in the second we discussed the motivations and competitive advantage for establishing multinational companies. The third topic was addressed under the title of the economic effects of multinational companies. In the first requirement of this section, we addressed the general effects of multinational companies. We devoted the second requirement to studying the impact of multinational companies on the economies of developing countries, and in the third requirement we discussed the role of companies in the global economy, In the end, we concluded this research with a detailed conclusion, the most important of which indicated that multinational companies were able to occupy an important economic position in our time, as they imposed themselves and were able to assume a distinguished position in the global economy, and even with their capabilities, they could influence it in several ways due to the complex capabilities that they have. It possesses it, and has been able to seize the opportunities that the global environment presents, and has been able to mitigate the threats it poses. It was then able to achieve the goals that production strategies were designed to achieve.

Abstract
تناولنا موضوع البحث هذا تحت عنوان نشأة وتطور الشركات متعددة الجنسيات واثرها في الاقتصاد العالمي في ثلاث مباحث رئيسية اذ تناولنا المبحث الاول تحت عنوان مفهوم الشركات متعددة الجنسيات واسباب انتشارها وفي مطلبين رئيسيين اذ تناولنا في المطلب الاول مفهوم الشركات متعددة الجنسيات وفي الثاني التطور التاريخي للشركات متعددة الجنسيات واتساع رقعتها الجغرافية . أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناولناه تحت عنوان طبيعة الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات ودوافع تأسيسها وقد قسمنا هذا المبحث الى مطلبين الاول بحثنا فيه طبيعة الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات وفي الثاني تناولنا الدوافع والميزة التنافسية لتأسيس الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات. والمبحث الثالث تناولناه تحت عنوان الآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على الشركات متعددة الجنسيات، اذ تناولنا في المطلب الاول من هذا المبحث الاثار العامة المترتبة على الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات وخصصنا المطلب الثاني لدراسة أثر الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات على اقتصاديات الدول النامية وفي المطلب الثالث بحثنا دور الشركات في الاقتصاد العالمي. وفي النهاية قد ختمنا هذا البحث بخاتمة مفصلة كانت اهمها تشير الى أن الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات استطاعت أن تحتل مكانة اقتصادية مهمة في عصرنا هذا حيث فرضت نفسها وتمكنت من تبوء مكانة راقية في الاقتصاد العالمي لا بل و بمقدراتها يمكن أن تأثر فيه بعدة طرق نظرا للإمكانيات المتشعبة التي تمتلكها، وقد تمكنت من اقتناص ما تهيئه البيئة العالمية من فرص، وتمكنت من تخفيف ما تفرضه من تهديدات. ومن ثم تمكنت من بلوغ الأهداف التي صممت استراتيجيات الإنتاج كسبيل لبلوغها.
