Abstract
The concept of the circular agricultural economy is one of the modern agricultural concepts that can be an alternative to the linear (traditional) agricultural economy based on extraction, production, consumption, and then waste (agricultural byproducts), The circular agricultural economy aims to reuse agricultural resources and reduce losses, and to transform waste (agricultural byproducts) into alternative products and bioenergy, This concept thus contributes to preserving agricultural resources and consequently maintaining environmental sustainability, The research concluded that the possibility of applying this agricultural method in Iraq is one of the goals for sustainable agricultural development, especially in sustainable clean energy services, The research suggested that this approach represents a strategic opportunity to achieve environmental sustainability in the Iraqi agricultural sector.

Abstract
يعد مفهوم الاقتصاد الدائري الزراعي من المفاهيم الزراعية الحديثة التي من الممكن ان تكون بديل عن الاقتصاد الزراعي الخطي (التقليدي) القائم على الاستخراج والإنتاج والاستهلاك ثم النفايات (المخلفات الزراعية)، إذ يهدف الاقتصاد الدائري الزراعي الى اعادة استعمال الموارد الزراعية وتقليل الفاقد منها ، وتحول النفايات (المخلفات الزراعية) الى منتجات بديلة وطاقة حيوية، وبذلك يساهم هذا المفهوم بالمحافظة على الموارد الزراعية ومن ثم المحافظة على الاستدامة البيئية ، وقد استنتج البحث بأن امكانية تطبيق هذا الاسلوب الزراعي في العراق كأحد الاهداف للتنمية الزراعية المستديمة ولاسيما في خدمات الطاقة النظيفة المستديمة، إذ اقترح البحث بأن هذا الاسلوب يعد فرصة استراتيجية لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية في القطاع الزراعي العراقي.
