1. Commitment to International Principles

Anbar University Journal for Economics and Administration Sciences (AUJEAS) is fully committed to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI 2002), which established the global foundation for free and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge. The journal affirms that scholarly research should be accessible to everyone without financial, legal, or technical barriers. AUJEAS aligns its policies with the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) standards, as per the 2025 application guide, and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) guidelines, while strictly adhering to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) principles to enhance transparency and integrity.

2. Definition of Full Open Access

All articles published in AUJEAS are fully open access, meaning they are freely available to read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse without registration or subscription fees and with no embargo period, provided the original source is properly cited.

3. Licensing

All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows for the reuse and redistribution of the material for any lawful purpose, ensuring that proper credit is given to the original author.
