Abstract
Conflict management and peace building are among the most important goals that the majority of human societies aspire to, due to their significant positive implications, most notably (political, social, security, and economic stability). Peace represents the ultimate goal that most societies seek. The peace building cycle is based on several key categories of approaches, each focusing on specific, often ongoing, and interdependent tasks. These include capacity building, which involves long-term peace building efforts to address needs and rights, prevent violence, transform damaged relationships, address trauma, manage conflict, and restore a sense of justice to create sustainable, long-term solutions that meet the needs of the people. It also includes reducing direct violence by restraining perpetrators and creating a safe space for conflict management and peace building activities

Abstract
تعد عمليتي ادارة النزاع وبناء السلام من اهم الأهداف التي تطمح اليها اغلبية المجتمعات البشرية، ، وذلك لما لها من دلالات ، إيجابية مهمة ، ومن أهمها (الاستقرار السياسي، والاجتماعي ، والأمني والاقتصادي) , ويمثل السلام الهدف السامي ، الذي تتطلع له معظم المجتمعات . وان دورة بناء السلام تقوم على عدة فئات أساسية من المداخل ، والتي تركز على مهام محددة ، ومستمرة غالبا، ويعتمد بعضها على بعض وهي (بناء القدرات وتتمثل هذه الخطوة بجهود بناء السلام على المدى الطويل لتلبية الاحتياجات ، والحقوق ومنع العنف، وتحويل العلاقات المدمرة وعمليات معالجة الصدمة و ادارة النزاع واستعادة الشعور بالعدالة لإنشاء حلول مستدامة ، طويلة الامد لتلبية احتياجات الشعوب وكذلك الحد من العنف المباشر عبر تقييد مرتكبي العنف ، وإيجاد مساحة آمنة لأنشطة ادارة النزاع و بناء السلام المنشود
