The main aim of this paper is to trace the idea of society disorder in A Streetcar Named Desire and Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams These plays are focused on the social –culture of American society of 20 century of the characters who present their roles in the selected plays. The study shows the struggles, fights, conflicts and modern conflict. The main objective of the study is to reveal the disorder elements in the society. The scholar adopts a qualitative research method to analyze the date of A Streetcar Named Desire and Glass Menageries in term of disorder in the society. The data will be drawn from these plays. The literary analysis will be focused as all textual analysis of the text so as to search for fight, struggle, class, gender, role and sexism. The discussion of a streetcar Named Desire and Glass Menagerie are contributed to other literary works by supporting some ideas about social issues. The findings of this research reveal the social problems like struggle, class, fight, conflict and misunderstanding in modern culture particularly a streetcar Named Desire and Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams.

The current research aims at identifying the level of mental motivation among the students of the University of Dhi Qar. Knowledge of the differences in the level of mental motivation among the students of the University of Dhi Qar by gender variable.A random sample was selected from the students of the college of Education for Human Sciences, which amounted to (80) students by (40) males and (40) females, and were adopted by the researchers on the measure of mental motivation (Ibrahim, 2013) for being more suitable for the purposes of the current research and used the researchers bag SPSS for the extraction of the results of the search, including the test of one sample, the test of two independent samples to compare the search variables according to gender variable. The results showed that university students enjoy a high level of driving motivation and that females have a higher mental motivation than males Mental Motivation for University student.

In the projective plane PG(2,q) a (n;3)-arc may be generated by a non-singular cubic curve, which generates an almost-MDS code. In this work, 108 novel nearly-MDS codes are constructed from nonsingular cubic curves over the order 25 Galois field, and their nearly-MDS status is shown. With the exception of 26 and 26, which are incomplete, these codes are between 16 and 36 characters long. Also supplied are the covering radius and weight distributions for these codes.

A fundamental issue in computer vision is image classification, which is the task of classifying images into one of several specified groups. It serves as the foundation for additional computer vision tasks like segmentation, localization, and detection. In this paper the integration of modern technologies, specifically the utilization of intelligence based on computer vision, in the realm of image classification. Focusing on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm, our study leverages its deep learning capabilities to classify a substantial dataset comprising 60,000 images. The application of CNN demonstrates its effectiveness, yielding an impressive accuracy rate of 98%. This achievement underscores the algorithm's robustness in discerning intricate patterns and features within diverse visual data. Our findings not only contribute to the advancement of image classification techniques but also highlight the potential of CNNs in handling large-scale datasets with high precision. The success of this approach offers valuable insights into the intersection of deep learning and computer vision, showcasing its practical implications in diverse domains reliant on accurate and efficient image categorization.

The study aimed to evaluate nature-based teaching practices (NBL) among primary science teachers and their relationship to gender and experience and the interaction between them. The study used the descriptive approach, and the tool was represented in a scale that included four areas that were distributed to a sample of (227) male and female teachers, the results showed that the evaluation of the general practices obtained an arithmetic average (178), and at the level of the fields, the field of implementation practices obtained the highest arithmetic average (67.00), for practices Followed by the practices of the educational environment with an arithmetic average (55.6667), and the third place is evaluation practices with an arithmetic average (43.9524), and finally planning practices with an arithmetic average (28.4762), and the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in nature-based teaching practices at the level of significance (0.05) attributed to the variable of experience and in favor of experience more than 10 years, and the presence of statistically significant differences in nature-based teaching practices attributed to the gender variable and in favor of the most experienced males, and there are no statistical differences when Significance level (0.05) and the lack of interaction between gender and experience In light of the results, the researcher recommended employing the results of nature-based teaching practices (NBL) in educational supervision and teacher training programs, organizing science education processes at the primary stage and paying attention to the school garden as an auxiliary sponsor in the education process.

Employee creativity is the critical success factor for any organization to gain a competitive advantage in the market. However, there are several factors that prevent the sharing of innovative ideas related to work and ultimately affect the organizational performance of the employee’s creative ideas. In this study we will examine the relationship between the limitations of creative ideas and organizational performance through employee creativity. Based on the theory of interactive perspectives, it was assumed that the employees’ work situation affects their creativity and the performance of the organization. We collected data through a questionnaire consisting of 529 employees in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate. The results showed that the obstacles that prevent creative ideas affect organizational performance from During employee creativity, the study indicated that organizations need to address the factors that limit employees' creative ideas to improve their creative abilities.

The press has a role in directing, forming, and influencing public opinion. This is due to the media and propaganda it possesses, as it has the primary role in preparing and resurrecting patriotic, nationalist and revolutionary movements. Therefore, the press movement in Syria was very active despite the disruption and persecution that these national newspapers were suffering from, and educated elites emerged who edited several newspapers, among them Munir Al-Rayes, who showed enthusiasm for his patriotic and nationalistic cause, and whose pen was distinctive and purposeful for the sake of his great cause of liberating his country from French colonialism, and his participation as a journalist in the political, social and economic issues that concern his country through a series of articles on topics that address, on the pages of his newspaper (Barada), what he suffers from. The Syrian citizen, who was also distinguished by his political and national activity through belonging to political parties and organizations with a group of politicians for the sake of Syrian unity and independence, and his products constituted a translation of his political and national ideas and positions against the French mandate over Syria, and a correction for those who try to falsify and distort the history of the Syrian struggle.

This study aimed to know the independence of board members as one of the characteristics of the board of directors on profits in the banking sector in the Iraqi market in general and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in particular. The research was conducted on a sample of (20) banks.The researcher relied on descriptive analysis, correlation analysis between the two variables, and simple regression analysis. The study found a positive, statistically significant relationship between the independence of board members and the size of profits in banks. It was also shown that the independence of board members through simple linear regression analysis changes in the size of profits according to agency theory. As for the theory of supervision, it was found that, based on the analysis, the variable independence of board members has no significant relationship with the size of profits in banks, and therefore there is no effect of the independence of board members on the size of profits according to the above-mentioned theory. Furthermore, the study shows that it is important to apply best corporate governance practices to achieve shareholder objectives. In other words, banks in the Kurdistan Region need to monitor the characteristics of the board of directors (determining the size of the board of directors, independence, and multiple members).
