Islam paid attention to the principle of intimacy between people that comforts their souls, saves their effort and energy for construction and production, and enables them to cooperate to serve their common and general interests. It is the level of awareness and moral commitment in any society that favors one of the two paths of the relationship within the society, towards enmity and conflict or harmony and harmony. The more society is aware of and adheres to the honorable morals, the closer it is to harmony and harmony, and the lower the level of social awareness and moral commitment, the society slips into the slope of conflicts and rivalries. And because Arab society before Islam was living in ignorance, in which there was no awareness and moral values were weak, the prevailing situation in it was warfare, strife, fighting and conflict. The Prophet Muhammad came with the message of Islam, to reformulate ideas and build souls, thus moving that society from a state of hostility and division, to an atmosphere of harmony and unity. Success was the ally of the Messenger of God in accomplishing this task, to the highest possible extent, in a record time that dazzled all researchers in the history of human societies and social transformations. The Holy Qur’an considers it as one of the most important manifestations of God’s grace upon that society, and also that reconciliation between hearts is a prophetic approach that the Prophet practiced in his life and politics, and confirmed by his teachings and directives.

The aim of the current research is to find out the impact of the POE model on acquiring concepts among fifth grade middle school students. The current research was limited to fifth grade literary students. The researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control of two equal groups (experimental and control) with a post-test. According to this design, the researcher chose ( Nour Al-Hussein Preparatory School (PBUH) for Girls) It is one of the public schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education of Najaf Al-Ashraf / affiliated to Al-Wafaa District for the academic year (2022-2023), and it was intentionally selected. ) to represent the experimental group and it included (30) female students who were taught using the POE model method, and Division (A) to represent the control group which included (30) female students who were taught in the usual way, and equivalence was made for the two research groups in the variables: (chronological age in months, intelligence, achievement The former of the female students, and the achievement of the father and mother. The researcher also prepared (20) teaching plans for the experimental group and (20) teaching plans for the control group. With regard to the research tool, the researcher prepared the psychological concepts acquisition test consisting of (45) items of multiple choice type, and the validity was calculated stability, the coefficient of difficulty and ease, the coefficient of excellence and the effectiveness of wrong alternatives to it. The results showed that the students of the experimental group, who were taught using the (POE) model, excelled over the students of the control group, who were taught in the usual way, in testing the acquisition of psychological concepts. In light of this, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

Different humanitarian values are clearly shown in the poetry of Shirku Bikas. The current study attempted to draw conclusions about the most important humanitarian values that the poet has been preoccupied with and determined their course in his poetry, focusing on those values that make the human out of falsity, deception, treason, and everything that may damage a person’s image. Hereafter, the poet looked for the determinants to be able to live in a world dominated by love, innocence, and kindness, which we will find as a fantasy world unfounded in our reality, therefore, he resorted to employing animals as characters whose world is far from the human world.

The aim of the research is to uncover the effect of learning on the regular class and the flipped classroom accompanied by and without the educational bag on the acquisition of cognitive skills for some basic basketball skills. The researcher assumed that there were no statistically significant differences in the transmission of the learning effect to the regular class and the inverted class, accompanied by and without the educational bag, on the cognitive achievement of some basic basketball skills. The research sample consisted of first-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year 2019-2020, and it consists of (60) male and female students distributed into four experimental groups. The educational program prepared by the subject teacher was implemented in light of the general program prepared by the sectorial commission for the Faculties and Departments of Physical Education in teaching the two methods, the regular class and the inverted class, after formulating it according to them.The researcher concluded the following The use of the educational bag and the educational method used for the regular class or the flipped classroom, which achieved a positive transition in learning some basic skills in basketball in question. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the semi-experimental approach, which relies on the design of the experimental and control groups. The researcher verified the validity of the study tools and materials, and measured their stability. He proceeded to apply them to the study sample that was chosen by the method available, which consisted of (86) male and female students from the second intermediate grade students Secondary School, and after the end of the application period .In carrying out the post-test, the researcher used a number of statistical methods and treatments to reach the results of the study. between the arithmetic means of the control and experimental groups .Statistically significant differences at the significance level 0.05 = α (in development) the experimental group in the combined creative writing test. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 = α Creative writing skills combined according to the variable of gender and in favor of females, and in the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended the need to use guided expression strategy in developing creative writing skills.

The Law of the Public Institution for Regulating Press and Printing No. 155 of 1967 constituted a major rift in the Iraqi press, after it used to publish dozens of private and government newspapers. According to the law, it has become only five (Al-Jumhuriya, Al-Thawra, Al-Muwatin, Al-Masa’a) and the fifth newspaper is the Baghdad Observer, which is published in English. This law is considered interference by the government in the affairs of the press after the law abolished the private sector newspapers, and that the government’s goal of the law is to direct the press in a national direction within the government’s opinions, and away from criticism according to the reasons necessitating the law of the Public Institution for Regulating Press and Printing.Al-Takhi newspaper was published on the twenty-ninth of April 1967, six months before the law was issued, and the newspaper was published with special approval and without the knowledge of the Minister of Guidance and the Presidency of the Government, during the meeting that took place between the Prime Minister Abd al-Rahman Muhammad Aref and the Kurdish delegation.Since its issuance, the newspaper has been working with a solid position, which led to the deletion of many of its articles, or some paragraphs. The newspaper was one of the newspapers that warned of the law. It was suspended along with the nineteen newspapers, but it resumed, which is considered to be the party's influence was strong on the government, and therefore it was considered a violation of the law by the General Organization for the Regulation of the Press. The newspaper continued at the same pace, which led to its suspension again for a full month, but it returned to publication on the third of May 1968 after the expiry of the period of suspension and continued until it was permanently suspended on the twelfth of June 1969 and the movable and immovable funds of the president were seized.
