Abstract

Cognitive agility is a mental skill that can be developed and improved through the use of various models, strategies and methods through experimental research. It can also be linked to other variables through descriptive studies and by reviewing studies and their results. The importance of cognitive agility has been demonstrated in many scientific aspects, as it has improved when used in different educational environments and on different categories of students at different levels, and even when studied on teachers and both genders. Cognitive agility is considered one of the basic qualities that help the individual adapt and interact efficiently with challenges and changes in life. It is the ability to use mental and cognitive skills in a flexible and effective way to solve problems, achieve goals, and promote mental and emotional health. Cognitive agility depends on a set of factors such as the ability to think flexibly, manage stress effectively, and respond positively to challenges and difficult situations. By developing cognitive agility, an individual can enhance the quality of his life and achieve success in various areas of life.

ان الرشاقة المعرفية مهارة عقلية يمكن تنميتها وتطويرها من خلال استخدام نماذج واستراتيجيات وطرق متنوعة من خلال البحوث التجريبية كما يمكن ايجاد ارتباطها مع متغيرات اخرى من خلال الدراسات الوصفية، ومن خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات ونتائجها، تبين مدى اهمية الرشاقة المعرفية في جوانب علمية متعددة اذ تحسنت عند استخدامها في البيئات الدراسية المختلفة وعلى الفئات المختلفة من طلاب بمراحل مختلفة وحتى عند دراستها على المعلمين ولكلا الجنسين وتعتبر الرشاقة المعرفية من الصفات الأساسية التي تساعد الفرد على التكيف والتفاعل بكفاءة مع التحديات والمتغيرات في الحياة. إنها القدرة على استخدام المهارات العقلية والإدراكية بطريقة مرنة وفعالة لحل المشكلات، وتحقيق الأهداف، وتعزيز الصحة العقلية والعاطفية. تعتمد الرشاقة المعرفية على مجموعة من العوامل مثل القدرة على التفكير المرن، وإدارة الضغوط بشكل فعّال، والاستجابة بشكل إيجابي للتحديات والمواقف الصعبة. من خلال تطوير الرشاقة المعرفية، يمكن للفرد تعزيز جودة حياته وتحقيق النجاح في مختلف مجالات الحياة.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of academic perseverance among students of physical education and sports sciences at Tikrit University. The descriptive approach was used in the survey method to suit the nature of the research. The research community was determined from the students of the second academic stage at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Tikrit University for the academic year 2024/2025, numbering (312) male and female students. The research sample was selected through a total census of the community members after excluding the female students, whose number was (41) female students. The number of sample members was (260) students who were divided into a survey sample, a construction sample, and an application sample, at a rate of (92%) of the general community. The researchers proceeded to build a scale of academic perseverance among physical education and sports science students, consisting of (50) paragraphs distributed over (5) dimensions, which are: Internal incentives, diligence, perseverance, dealing positively with failure, interest in self-learning, and academic flexibility. The scale items were analyzed by extracting the discriminatory power and consistency coefficient, as well as verifying the psychometric properties of validity and reliability. Then the scale was applied in its final form to a sample of (90) students from the second stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Tikrit University. The researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) for the purpose of statistical processing.

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مستوى المثابرة الاكاديمية لدى طلبة التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة تكريت. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة البحث ، وحدد مجتمع البحث من طلبة المرحلة الدراسية الثانية بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة تكريت للعام الدراسي 2024/2025 والبالغ عددهم (312) طالبا وطالبة، أما عينة البحث فقد تم اختيارها عن طريق الحصر الكلي لأفراد المجتمع بعد استبعاد الطالبات وعددهن (41) طالبة، بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (260) طالبا تم تقسيمهم الى عينة استطلاعية وعينة بناء وعينة التطبيق وبنسبة (92%) من المجتمع الكي، وعمد الباحثون الى بناء مقياس المثابرة الاكاديمية لدى طلاب التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة والمتكون من (50) فقرة موزعة على (5) أبعاد هي : الحوافز الداخلية و الاجتهاد والمواظبة والتعامل بإيجابية مع الفشل والاهتمام بالتعلم الذاتي والمرونة الاكاديمية ؛ وتم تحليل فقرات المقياس من خلال استخراج القوة التمييزية ومعامل الاتساق وكذلك التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية من صدق وثبات، ثم تم تطبيق المقياس بشكله النهائي على عينة قوامها (90) طالب من طلاب المرحلة الدراسية الثانية بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة تكريت، واستخدم الباحثون الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لغرض المعالجات الاحصائية.

Abstract

One of the most important psychological studies was on several variables, the most important of which is raising the level of the psychological aspect of rhythmic gymnastics trainers in order to reach a high level of giving and raise their level of professional competence. One of the most important and accurate of these variables is what is known as the level of ambition. The research aimed to prepare scales for the level of ambition and professional competence of rhythmic gymnastics trainers, to identify the level of ambition and professional competence, and to identify the relationship between the level of ambition and professional competence. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the method of correlational relationships and the level of ambition and professional competence of rhythmic gymnastics trainers. To suit the nature of the research, it was conducted on a sample of 220 trainers. As for the conclusions, there is a high correlation between the level of ambition and professional competence of gymnastics trainers.

ان من اكثر البحوث النفسية كانت بعدة متغيرات من اهمها هو رفع مستوى الجانب النفسي لمدربات الجمناستك الايقاعي ليتم الوصول بهم الى مستوى عالي من العطاء ورفع مستوى الكفاية المهنيــه لديهم ومن اهم وادق هذه المتغيرات مايعرف بمستوى الطموح وقــد هدف البحث اعداد مقياســي مستوى الطموح والكفاءه المهنيه لمــدربات الجمناستك الايقاعي والتعــرف علــى مستــوى الطموح والكفاءه المهنيه والتعرف على العلاقه لمستوى الطموح وللكفاءة المهنية واستخدمت الباحثتان المنــهج الوصــفي بأســلوب العـلاقات الأرتباطيه ومسـتوى الطموح والكفاءة المهنيه لمدربات الجمناستك الايقاعي ولملائمته لطبيعه البحث أجري لعينه عددها 220 مدربة أما الاستنتاجات توجد علاقه أرتباطيه عاليه بين مســتوى الطموح والكـــفاءه المهنيه لمدربات الجمناستك .

تتجلى اهمية البحث بالارتقاء بمستوى الاداء المهاري بكرة القدم من خلال الاهتمام بالسرعة وتدريبها وتطويرها باستخدام أفضل الطرق وهي التدريب التكراري مع استخدام وزن الجسم فقط لكي يكون الاداء الحركي مطابق للأداء الفعلي داخل الملعب. وان استخدام الطريقة التدريبية التخصصية والمؤثرة اكيد تعالج اي مشكلة تدريبة ونقص في الجانب البدني مثل السرعة وكذلك المهاري الذي يؤدي بسرعة عالية ولهذا فان التطور والتقدم بلعبة كرة القدم يحتاج الى التدريب التخصصي الفعال.
ويهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير التدريب التكراري باستخدام وزن الجسم في تطوير بعض انواع السرعة والاداء المهاري بكرة القدم للشباب. وبعد تطبيق المنهج التجريبي وطريقة التدريب تم التوصل الى اهم الاستنتاجات ومنها التدريب التكراري باستخدام وزن الجسم حقق الاهداف التدريبية من خلال تطوير بعض انواع السرعة والاداء المهاري بكرة القدم للشباب. ويوصي الباحث باعتماد التدريب التكراري باستخدام وزن الجسم كونه حقق الاهداف التدريبية من خلال تطوير بعض انواع السرعة والاداء المهاري بكرة القدم للشباب.

The effect of brain dominance according to the trait (male and female students) on cognitive achievement of tennis

Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of brain dominance patterns and trait (male and female students) and the interaction between them on the usual achievement in tennis. To achieve this goal, the researcher developed a set of hypotheses for the independent effects of variables and the interaction between them, which are hypotheses of the independent effects of dominance and hypotheses related to the effect of the trait (male and female students) and its interaction with brain dominance. The researcher used the independent factorial analysis of variance design as an experimental design for the research, and the number of male students was (48) and the number of female students was (24), thus the total number was (72), who are third-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2020-2021). The researcher standardized the questionnaire (Dayan, 2005) to control the brain, also, a cognitive achievement test for tennis was constructed and used as the main means of collecting data. After confirming the validity of these methods, they were applied to the research community, and it was found that students have two patterns of brain dominance (right-handed dominance pattern and left-handed dominance pattern). The researcher reached results from which conclusions were drawn for the current research, including that whatever the pattern (brain control pattern or trait), it does not affect the cognitive achievement of tennis. Therefore, the researcher recommends not taking into account the classification of students according to brain control and trait (male students, female students) when teaching tennis. He also recommends benefiting from experimental designs (factorial variance analysis design) in the fields of physical education research.

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة تأثير أنماط السيادة الدماغية والسمة (الطلاب والطالبات) والتفاعل بينهما على التحصيل المعتاد في التنس الأرضي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف طور الباحث مجموعة من الفرضيات للتأثيرات المستقلة للمتغيرات والتفاعل بينهما وهي فرضيات التأثيرات المستقلة للسيادة وفرضيات تتعلق بتأثير السمة (الطلاب والطالبات) وتفاعلها مع السيادة الدماغية.
واستخدم الباحث تصميم تحليل التباين العاملي المستقل كتصميم تجريبي للبحث، وبلغ عدد الطلاب (48) وعدد الطالبات (24) طالبة، وبذلك بلغ العدد الكلي (72)، وهم طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة بابل للعام الدراسي (2020-2021). قام الباحث بتوحيد استبانة (ديان، 2005) للتحكم في الدماغ، وكذلك بناء اختبار تحصيلي معرفي للتنس، واستخدامه كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وبعد التأكد من صحة هذه الأساليب، تم تطبيقها على مجتمع البحث، وتبين أن الطلاب لديهم نمطان من السيطرة الدماغية (نمط السيطرة اليمنى ونمط السيطرة اليسرى).
وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام تحليل التباين ثنائي الاتجاه بالإضافة إلى أساليب إحصائية أخرى مناسبة، توصل الباحث إلى نتائج تم من خلالها استخلاص استنتاجات للبحث الحالي، منها أنه مهما كان النمط (نمط السيطرة الدماغية أو السمة) فإنه لا يؤثر على التحصيل المعرفي للتنس. لذلك يوصي الباحث بعدم الأخذ في الاعتبار تصنيف الطلاب حسب السيطرة الدماغية، والسمة (طلاب، طالبات) عند تدريس التنس، كما يوصي بالاستفادة من تصميمات التجارب (تصميم تحليل التباين العاملي) في مجالات بحوث التربية البدنية.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of the numbered heads strategy on cognitive achievement and learning some forms of handball shooting for students. The (experimental method) was used with a strict control method (experimental and control groups) with pre- and post-test. The researcher identified the research community as second-stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Al-Qasim University for the academic year 2023-2024. The sample size was 30 students. We divided the research sample into two groups, each group containing (15) students. One of them was chosen randomly, which is the experimental group. The prescribed curriculum was applied to the control group according to the established method. (7) students were chosen to represent the sample on which the exploratory experiment was conducted. Equivalence was achieved between the two groups in the pre-tests. The t-test was used and the results showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups. After that, the researcher proceeded to conduct the main experiment and apply it to the sample members. Then, he applied the curriculum prepared for the research. After the educational curriculum was completed, the researcher conducted the post-tests. The results of the study were statistically processed and it was shown that the educational curriculum had a positive impact on learning (shooting forms) for the experimental group. Thus, the aim and purpose of the study were achieved. The researcher recommended that teachers and handball coaches should pay attention to modern strategies in the learning and training processes and rely on them in order to speed up learning and invest time.

هدفت الدراسةُ إلى التعرفِ على تأثير إستراتيجيةِ الرؤس المرقمة في التحصيل المعرفي وتعلم بعض اشكال التصويب بكرة اليد لطلاب.تم استخدم (المنهج التجريبي) بأسلوبِ الضبطِ المحكمِ (المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة) ذوالاختبارِ القبلي والبعدي حددَ الباحثُ مجتمعُ البحث بطلابِ المرحلة الثانيةِ في كليةِ التربية البدنيةِ وعلوم الرياضةِ - جامعة (القاسم) للعام الدراسي 2023-2024 بلغ عدد العينة 30 طالب، قسمنا العينة البحث الى مجموعتين كل مجموعة (15) طالبا اختيرت أحداها بطريقةِ عشوائيةِ والتي هي المجموعةُ التجريبيةُ ويطبق على المجموعة الضابطة المنهج المقرروحسب الطريقة المتبعة وتم اختيار الطلاب(7) يمثلوا العينة التي تجرى عليهم التجربة الاستطلاعية. أجري التكافؤ بين المجموعتين في الاختبارات القبلية. تم استخدام اختبار (ت) وكانت النتائج عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين المجموعتين بعد ذلك عمد الباحث الى اجراءات التجربة الرئيسية وتطبيقها على افراد العينة وثم تطبيق المنهج المعدُ للبحث وبعد انتهاء المنهج التعليمي اجرى الباحثُ أختباراتِ (البعدية) وتم معالجة النتائج احصائيا التي توصلت اليها الدراسة وتبين إن للمنهج التعليمي له تأثيراً إيجابيا في تعلم (اشكال التصويب) للمجموعة التجريبية. وبهذا تحقق الهدفُ والغرضُ للدراسة وقد اوصى الباحث بضرورة الأهتمام مدرسي, ومدربي الكرة ليد باستراتيجيات حديثة في عمليتي التعلم والتدريب واعتماد عليها في سبيل سرعة التعلم واستثمارا للوقت .
