Abstract
This study aims to develop an integrated conceptual framework for recovery mechanisms addressing the health, psychological, and social consequences of sexual assault among displaced women in the context of the armed conflict in Sudan since April 15, 2023. The study is grounded in the understanding that sexual violence in conflict settings is not an isolated individual incident but a complex, multidimensional phenomenon with medical, psychological, social, and legal implications, which are exacerbated in displacement settings characterized by institutional fragility and limited access to essential services.The study adopted a theoretical descriptive-analytical approach, relying on the analysis of specialized scientific literature, international organizational reports, and previous research addressing sexual violence in conflict and humanitarian crises. The study examined recovery and response pathways through four key dimensions: psychological first aid, medical and psychological assessment, physical and psychological treatment, and social and legal support.The study resulted in the development of an integrated recovery program based on a Bio-Psycho-Social-Legal model and grounded in a survivor-centered care approach, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and respect for survivors’ autonomy. The program proposes a phased recovery pathway beginning with stabilization and safety, followed by specialized therapeutic intervention, and progressing toward long-term social reintegration and sustainability .The study contributes to bridging both theoretical and practical gaps in recovery models for sexual violence survivors in humanitarian contexts and provides a guidance framework adaptable to low-resource displacement settings, supporting healthcare providers, humanitarian organizations, and policymakers in designing culturally sensitive and context-responsive interventions.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور منهجي متكامل لآليات التعافي من الآثار الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية للاعتداء الجنسي على النساء النازحات في سياق النزاع المسلح في السودان منذ 15 أبريل 2023. تنطلق الدراسة من إدراك أن الاعتداء الجنسي في النزاعات لا يمثل حدثًا فرديًا معزولًا، بل ظاهرة مركبة ذات أبعاد طبية ونفسية واجتماعية وقانونية، تتفاقم آثارها في بيئات النزوح والهشاشة المؤسسية وضعف الخدمات الأساسية. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ذي الطابع النظري، مستندة إلى تحليل الأدبيات العلمية المتخصصة، وتقارير المنظمات الدولية، والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالعنف الجنسي في النزاعات والأزمات الإنسانية. وركزت الدراسة على تحليل مسارات الاستجابة والتعافي من خلال أربعة محاور رئيسة: الإسعافات النفسية الأولية، التشخيص الطبي والنفسي، العلاج الجسدي والنفسي، والدعم الاجتماعي والقانوني. وأسفرت الدراسة عن تصميم برنامج تكاملي للتعافي قائم على نموذج حيوي–نفسي–اجتماعي–قانوني، بني على مقاربة الرعاية المرتكزة على الناجية، بما يضمن السلامة والسرية واحترام الاختيار. كما يقدم البرنامج مسارًا مرحليًا يبدأ بتثبيت الأمان والاستقرار، ثم التدخل العلاجي المتخصص، وصولًا إلى إعادة الإدماج المجتمعي والاستدامة طويلة المدى. تسهم الدراسة في سد فجوة معرفية وتطبيقية في مجال التعافي من العنف الجنسي في السياقات الإنسانية، وتقدم إطارًا إرشاديًا يمكن تكييفه في بيئات النزوح منخفضة الموارد، بما يدعم جهود المؤسسات الصحية والنفسية والإنسانية وصانعي السياسات في تصميم تدخلات فعالة تراعي الخصوصية الثقافية والاجتماعية.
